Job Title: QA Engineer Salesforce Applications Employment Type: Full-Time (on Payroll of Hucon Innovations) Location: Hybrid Pune (Candidate should be willing to visit the office if required) Engagement Type: C2C 6 Months (Extendable based on project needs) Start Date: Immediate (PF mandate applicable) Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in Salesforce applications, including Salesforce CPQ, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing and exposure to ACCELQ or similar automation tools. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions to end users. Key Responsibilities: Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases. Report and track bugs, and coordinate with developers for resolution. Create and maintain Test Plans and other testing documentation. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including defect triage and story grooming. Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Test Salesforce-specific features such as: Custom Objects and Fields Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes Security settings (OWD, profiles, permission sets) Utilize ACCELQ or other automation tools for regression testing (preferred). Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in end-to-end manual QA testing Minimum 1 year of experience testing Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is a strong advantage Experience using ACCELQ (low/no-code automation platform) or a willingness to learn it Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team Good to Have: Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Background in coordinating UAT with business teams Experience in test estimation and planning Application Requirements: Must be immediate joiner Should be based in Pune or willing to relocate Comfortable with hybrid work mode and office visits if required
