QA Engineer – SaaS Applications

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS web applications and backend systems. You will work on manual and automated testing, create observability dashboards, and collaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test SaaS web applications (functional, regression, exploratory).
• Perform backend database testing and validate data integrity.
• Validate search functionality (Elastic Search).
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute automation tests using Puppeteer and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Ensure test coverage across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Document defects and collaborate with developers for timely fixes.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS/web applications.
• 2+ years of automation testing with Puppeteer or Playwright.
• Backend database testing experience.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search validation.
• Ability to create and maintain Grafana dashboards.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing AI/LLM-based systems.

Qualifications:
