QA Engineer - Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish inspection criteria, testing methods, and quality assurance plans for various stages of product development and manufacturing
• Conduct inspections and testing: Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications
• Responsible for all quality parameters are followed throughout the operation.
• Testing of Raw and packaging materials, final product,
• Responsible for calibration of Instruments.
• Responsible for preparation of various QA report
• New Product development Testing at R D
• check problem and solution of customer ( Like fitting , inspection )
• Assembling Testing of one way clutch
• Knowledge of Instrument, Machine Inspection, PLC Operating Etc.
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
