QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer specializing in Playwright & JavaScript for manual and automation testing at iVoyant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our next-generation enterprise products. You will collaborate closely with development and service teams to implement comprehensive testing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain test plans that align with product requirements. - Design detailed test cases and scripts covering functional and non-functional aspects. - Perform manual and automated testing using Playwright for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Conduct API testing using Postman, including performance and load testing. - Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, version control, and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Write and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript with Playwright. - Integrate API performance testing within Postman. - Analyze performance testing results and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure testability. - Participate in code reviews and offer testing insights. - Document test results and generate reports for stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging testing tools. - Enhance testing processes and tools continuously for improved efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in software testing, encompassing manual and automation testing. - Proficiency in Playwright for automation testing, with strong JavaScript skills. - Strong experience with Postman for API testing, including performance testing. - Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for DevOps and CI/CD. - Experience in penetration testing is a plus for security testing. - Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
