What would you be doing
Quality Assurance professional supports an agile team in analyzing, designing, testing and that includes functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, performance and sanity testing.
Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in database SQ
- Should have experience in Functional testing.
- Basic knowledge in Python programming language preferred.
- Understand requirements and be able to write test cases.
- Knowledge of test source data extraction, business transformation logic, and target loading.
- Participate in aspects related to Functional Testing, Functional automation
- Experience working in an Agile Development environment.
- Experience with Test Management tools like JIRA or HP Application Management Life Cycle (ALM)
- Knowledge of basic Unix shell commands and CI/CD
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of working with other developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability, performance, and testability
- Exposure/knowledge to cloud-based applications.
Primary Skills
- SQL and use of big data cloud platforms.
- Experience/ knowledge writing test code in Python/Scala/R
- Big Data applications testing and technologies (Hadoop/HDFS, SQL/NoSQL)
