QA Engineer I

You will be part of the ARIS team in Chennai, working on the market-leading solution for designing and optimizing business processes. As a QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Working on ARIS Cloud products and services as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Conducting quality assurance tasks based on project quality objectives - Accompanying the entire product life cycle, from requirements analysis to testing and deployment in the cloud - Planning and implementing quality assurance activities/tests such as validation, function, load, and performance - Capturing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality objectives - Reporting on the quality status of the project to the project responsible - Contributing to continuous process improvement by analyzing project processes - Working in an international team using Lean and Agile software development principles Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or a comparable degree - Experience in software development and software quality assurance - Knowledge of quality standards, agile software development, and ISO9001 (advantageous) - Familiarity with tools related to requirements, architecture, testing, and configuration management (advantageous) - Experience with programming (Java), Github, CI/CD pipelines, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure - advantageous) - Strong technical affinity, teamwork, and communication skills - Enjoyment of working in an agile team and taking on personal responsibility - Ideally, experience with modern cloud technologies like NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes - Very good English skills, both written and spoken In addition to the above, you can expect: - Competitive total compensation and comprehensive country-specific medical and other benefits - Time and location flexibility with a Hybrid Working Model allowing for remote workshare of up to 60% - Access to the Employee Assistance Program for support during life's common but challenging moments Join ARIS and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.,
