Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) for new and existing software systems.

Ensure quality of enterprise applications including Loan Management System (LMS), Core Financial Systems, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Customer Portals.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for all technology releases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Contribute to automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter (optional but preferred).

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and production deployment testing.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test results, and issue logs

Pre-Requisites

The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies to ensure the quality of our housing finance system. The ideal candidate will have experience in Testing Lending Application LoS LMS, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to delivering defect-free systems.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.

Experience with database testing (MySQL, MongoDB preferred).

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Expertise in Advanced MS Excel

Basic understanding of Java and Flutter applications is a plus.
