Role Overview: As a Mobile Application Tester, your role will involve developing, maintaining, and executing test cases and scripts based on business and functional requirements. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will validate app performance, usability, and responsiveness across various devices and operating system versions. Your tasks will include conducting regression, integration, and exploratory testing to maintain app stability. You will support continuous testing in an agile environment, providing feedback on potential risks and dependencies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality at each stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be essential. Your responsibilities will also include executing comprehensive manual and automated testing for mobile applications on the Android platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts - Identify, document, and track bugs for timely resolution - Validate app performance, usability, and responsiveness - Conduct regression, integration, and exploratory testing - Support continuous testing in an agile environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing for mobile applications on Android Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in Mobile Application Testing - Strong knowledge of mobile testing frameworks, tools, and automation practices - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git - Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Details: The company offers a range of benefits including performance bonus, longevity bonus, monthly fun and entertainment programs, office pantry filled with tea and snacks, paid time off, parental leave policy, medical coverage insurance for employees and their families, PF/ESI, and education allowances.
