Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using
Selenium WebDriver
with
Python
It s a
plus
if you know
TestComplete
and other Python-based automation tools
Experience with building, maintaining, and enhancing
automation frameworks
to improve test coverage and efficiency
Skilled in writing reusable, modular, and maintainable
automated test scripts
Familiarity with
API testing automation
using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or Python libraries (e.g., requests)
Experience in
performance testing automation
is a plus (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
Solid understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
and experience integrating automated tests into them (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Proficient with
Git
version control and branching workflows
Hands-on knowledge of test data management and
test environment setup
automation
Ability to analyze test results, create detailed reports, and suggest process improvements
Strong understanding of
test automation best practices
, including parallel test execution, scheduling, and reporting
Familiarity with containerization tools like
Docker
to facilitate consistent test environments is a plus
Experience working in
Agile environments
with continuous testing and delivery mindset
Excellent debugging skills to identify automation script failures and root causes
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
