QA Engineer

Job Description – QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our software products through manual testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in QA methodologies and experience in ensuring high-quality deliverables through structured testing processes.

Note:

• Only experienced candidates (2–3 years) will be considered.
• Freshers will not be accepted.
• Preference will be given to local candidates with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug-tracking practices.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality at every stage.
• Verify that applications meet business requirements, usability, and reliability standards.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing manual test cases.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
