QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and oversee test plans, test cases, and testing processes to guarantee the functionality, usability, and security of the mobile app and web platforms.Utilize automation tools and frameworks to streamline and optimize the testing procedures, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the quality assurance processes, implementing improvements and best practices to enhance overall quality.Monitor and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.Proven experience of 3-5 years in quality assurance/testing roles with a focus on mobile app and web platforms.Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies, Android, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Experience in load and performance testing. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications in quality assurance and/or automation testing will be a plus
