QA Consultant

You should have 3-6 years of experience in Manual & Automation testing, with specific experience in SFDC Testing for at least 1 year in Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc. Proficiency in Automation using Selenium with Java is required, including framework development from scratch. You should be skilled in integrating testing tools like Soap UI, REST, and Postman. Your responsibilities will include identifying test requirements, designing testing strategies, developing and maintaining test cases, executing test cases, preparing test summary reports, and maintaining Requirements traceability matrix. It is crucial to identify and report any potential quality issues promptly, isolate, replicate, report bugs, and verify bug fixes. Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure the deployment of high-quality software in a safe and timely manner is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working with industry-standard Test case and Defect Management tools such as Jira, HP-ALM, and Documentum for test development, execution, defect management, and traceability matrix. Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle, experience in Agile Projects, Salesforce testing, and exposure to Mobile testing will be beneficial. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong work ethics, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, organizational skills, customer support, and multitasking abilities are essential.
