QA Consultant

As a Quality Assurance Consultant at Atrium, your role will involve ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before the product is delivered to customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your keen attention to detail and experience in quality control will be crucial in maintaining the high quality of operations and services for the long-term success of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues - Monitor all operations affecting quality - Supervise and guide developers, BAs, and project team members on best practices - Assure reliability and consistency of development by checking processes and final output - Appraise customer requirements and ensure satisfaction - Report bugs, issues, and deviations to the project manager for corrective action - Facilitate proactive solutions through quality data analysis - Review current standards and policies - Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation - Ensure compliance with all legal standards **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles - 1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical education - Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards - Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods - Good knowledge of MS Office and databases - Outstanding communication skills - Attention to detail and results-driven approach - Organisational and leadership abilities - Ability to work in rapid and agile development frameworks - Strong organisational skills to track multiple test executions simultaneously Atrium believes in the importance of a diverse workforce to achieve growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business.
