QA Automation Tester

Role: Senior QA Tester – Automation (Web Applications)

Experience: 4–6 years

Location: New Delhi – On-site

CTC Range: ₹6–8 LPA

Role Summary:

Own end-to-end automation testing for web applications and ensure high-quality, stable releases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain automation test scripts for web applications.
• Create, execute and optimise test cases, test plans and regression suites.
• Identify, document and track defects; work closely with developers for quick resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs early in the lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and compatibility testing.
• Analyse test results, create reports and share quality metrics with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve automation coverage, frameworks and testing processes.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in QA with strong focus on automation testing of web applications.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit or similar).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with version control (Git or similar) and basic CI/CD exposure.
• Strong analytical, debugging and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
