Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with product goals and business objectives
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing scope and acceptance criteria
Implement and optimize CI CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid release cycles
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new automation tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency
Establish coding standards, test practices, and guidelines for QA automation teams
Lead automation efforts across functional, regression, performance, and load testing
Ensure robust test coverage through automated suites complemented by manual exploratory testing
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
Track defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely fixes
Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers and contribute to improving overall team capabilities
8+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 3+ years in a Test Architect or similar leadership role
Extensive experience in designing automation frameworks and integrating them with CI CD pipelines
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, performance engineering, and quality best practices
Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
