Automation Test Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Architect to lead our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building robust test automation solutions, particularly in the realm of Point of Sale (POS) systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our automation frameworks and implementing robotic automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks and solutions for various applications, with a focus on POS systems.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.


• Lead the development and execution of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.


• Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, including ABB Bots and Eva, to streamline testing processes.


• Demonstrate deep expertise in UiPath and its orchestrator for managing automation workflows.


• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior automation engineers.


• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.


• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and RPA technologies, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Key Skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in test automation, with a proven track record of building automation solutions.


• Strong experience with POS test automation and familiarity with related technologies.


• Expertise in Robotic Automation tools, specifically ABB Bots and Eva.


• In-depth knowledge of UiPath, including experience with the UiPath Orchestrator.


• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.


• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
