QA - Automation Engineer

As a proactive and experienced QA - Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, and service-level testing. - Building and executing automation scripts using Python and JavaScript. - Performing API and microservices automation testing, ensuring seamless integration across services. - Automating functional, regression, and integration test cases for web and mobile apps. - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI. - Troubleshooting and analyzing failures, working closely with developers for quick resolution. - Ensuring high automation coverage and maintaining test stability across environments. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Dev) in Agile/Scrum sprints. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of QA automation experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript automation. - Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, and Appium for web & mobile testing. - Strong knowledge of API/microservices automation and service integrations. - Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or custom frameworks). - CI/CD pipeline integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (Jira, TestRail). - Mobile automation experience across iOS and Android platforms. Additional Details: - Preferred: Previous working experience in EdTech domain, Salesforce. - Cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). - Performance/load testing (JMeter). - Database validation (SQL/MS SQL).,
