QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview: As a proficient Web Automation QA at Mindstix, you will be responsible for designing and executing robust automated test scripts for web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and conducting performance testing to meet performance benchmarks. You will play a pivotal role in leading QA teams to deliver exceptional quality and bring digital transformation to global enterprise and start-up customers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications across different browsers. - Utilize leading-edge tools and frameworks to ensure accurate and efficient test processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Conduct performance testing to meet performance benchmarks and user experience expectations. - Create and maintain documentation for test cases, test scripts, and testing processes. - Report defects and issues with clear and concise details. - Align with Agile & DevOps methodologies using tools like JMeter and frameworks like Rest Assured, Selenium Webdriver, WebdriverIO, etc. to meet industry standards for web automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied streams. - 2 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in Quality Assurance as an Automation engineer. - Knowledge of Agile and DevOps approaches. - Certifications are an added advantage. - Excellent reporting, time management, analytical & communication capabilities.,
