QA Automation Architect

As a QA Automation Architect at Frugal Testing, your role will involve defining and implementing test strategies, baseline tool strategies, and document test environment and test data strategies. You will be responsible for performing feasibility studies for recommended solutions, creating strategies for test optimization, and carrying out gap analysis to identify improvement areas. Additionally, you will be identifying program goals, defining KPIs and SLAs, and implementing industry-wide best practices. Your responsibilities will also include performing test maturity assessments, providing recommendations, and defining roadmaps. You will prioritize candidates for automation, maintain active relationships with the Product Owner, scrum master, and team to understand business requirements, and lead efforts with Integration/User Interfaces. Qualifications required for this role include a BE, B Tech, or MCA from a reputed college, along with 5+ years of relevant work experience. You should be proficient in Manual Testing of Mobile Apps, Web, and API, as well as in using Automation Tools like Selenium, Jmeter, or other Automation Test Frameworks. It is essential to have proficiency in implementing DevOps best practices, extensive knowledge of QA process improvement and enhancement, effective verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of SQL, practical knowledge of GIT/SVN, and an understanding of Jira.
