Q2C Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at our company, you will be responsible for the design, integrity, and quality of the SAP solution and related IS services delivered to Business, Support Functions, and IS-Technology domains. Your role will involve ensuring that the SAP solution and services meet the required functionality and business requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate on project setup and delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of service operations. Key Responsibilities: - Validating and prioritizing incoming business demand in collaboration with various stakeholders - Translating functional designs into functional and technical specifications - Determining non-functional requirements and ensuring service/solution operation standards - Collaborating with users in projects and problem management to deploy cost-efficient IS solutions/services - Maintaining and creating solution documentation and training materials - Consulting users to identify current procedures and further requirements - Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of SAP processes - Contributing to collaboration across various business process and enterprise technology domains - Providing support to work teams, guiding task completion, and sharing expert knowledge Qualifications Required: - Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Computer Science (preferred) or related discipline - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Information Technology industry with 8+ years of solution architecture experience - Certification in S/4 HANA (Sales & Distribution preferable) - SAP ABAP programming and SAP ALE- IDOC experience (preferred) - Proven experience implementing SAP best practices - Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills - International work experience in different countries/cultures The company also values flexibility in working practices to support work-life balance and performance, whether working remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup.
