Python/React Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders with strong communication skills.
• Integrate software components such as Databases, SSO, IAM, and other required components.
• Drive projects technically with self-independence.
• Develop code based on functional specifications through an understanding of project code.
• Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and functions as intended before submitting for code review.
• Follow prescribed standards and processes for software development methodology, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

• Python

• React JS

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• HTML/CSS3

• Postgres

• MongoDB

• MySQL

• REST API

• EPass/Kubernetes Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps and Containerization.

• Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• Microservices and Full-stack frameworks.

• AWS (Lambda & API Gateway).

• Pytest.

Qualifications:

• Engineering or IT graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience
