Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines.
Build, optimize, and scale the core MLOps infrastructure (IaaS) and data architecture that empowers Data Science and ML Engineering teams.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to understand data 1 AI needs.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability.
Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources (APIs, databases, files, etc.).

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Python, Git, and Jupyter
.
Solid DevOps experience with
GitLab & Terraform
.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
Mastery of at least one
ML experiment tracking tool
(e.g., MLFlow, Weights & Biases).
Proficiency with a major
orchestration tool
(e.g., AWS SageMaker Pipelines, Airflow, AWS Batch).
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AWS and Python
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Soft Skills:

Effective communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.
Commitment to cross-functional success, recognizing that enabling other teams is as important as individual product productivity.
Strong advisory skills to recommend and enforce MLOps best practices and define platform usage guidelines for internal customer teams.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution for maintaining a positive work environment.
