Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Trainer located in Lucknow. The Python Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering Python training sessions, creating training materials, and providing hands-on support to students. The Trainer will also conduct assessments, track student progress, and adjust training methods to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborating with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content is also a key responsibility. Role is not limited to just training but development hands on would also be required time to time, so having a development background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and related technologies
• Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning needs
• Previous training or teaching experience in a classroom or corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Python or relevant technologies are a plus
