Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python Team Lead located in Kochi. The Python Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team of Python developers, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring code quality and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, code reviews, mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of scalable and robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python programming and related libraries
• Proficient in software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with leading and managing a team of developers
• Knowledge of web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in AI or machine learning is a plus
