Python + Go Developer

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai (Candidates who are currently in one of these 3 locations can apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and workflow orchestration components using

  Python and GoLang

  .
• Collaborate with the Airflow and Temporal team to build and optimize data pipelines and asynchronous job execution frameworks.
• Implement and manage complex workflow logic using Apache Airflow and Temporal.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
• Write clear documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 57 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with

  Python and GoLang

  .
• Solid understanding of concurrent and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and/or

  Temporal.io

  .
• Experience in designing and developing robust APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD practices.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
