Role Description

This is a contract role for a Python + Gen AI Trainer with 3+ years of experience, located on-site in Sohna. The Trainer will provide instruction in Python and Generative AI, develop course materials, and mentor students through hands-on projects. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, offering constructive feedback, and staying current with industry trends to enhance the curriculum. Collaboration with other trainers and contributing to the continuous improvement of the training programs are also part of the role.

Mandatory Conditions

• You have to train multiple classes for Python and GEN AI
• Accomodation Not Provided
• One time relocation travelling included
• Contract for 3 Months

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming and Generative AI technologies
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs
• Strong mentoring and instructional skills, with the ability to guide learners through complex concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with project-based learning and real-world application of skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to curriculum development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching or training experience in a technical setting is a plus
