Python Frappe Lead

Experience : 8-13 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python Frappe Lead to drive the development, customization, and optimization of Frappe/ERPNext applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Customization

Design, build, and customize Frappe modules to meet specific business requirements.
Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities in ERPNext.
Integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability.

2. Technical Support

Provide timely technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and updates.

3. Collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

4. Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest developments in the Frappe framework and ERPNext ecosystem.
Optimize application performance and contribute to system scalability and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in
Python

JavaScript

relational databases
(e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Hands-on experience with the
Frappe/ERPNext framework

Solid understanding of
