Job Title: Python Django Backend Developer (8 Months – 1 Year Experience)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Python Django Backend Developer with 8 months to 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in API development, server deployment, and core backend development using Django. This is a fully technical role requiring self-motivation, independent thinking, and strong development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend features using Python and Django
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Perform server deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting (Linux-based)
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/email APIs, etc.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL
• Ensure backend performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of backend systems

Must-Have Requirements:

• 8 months to 1 year of hands-on development experience with Python and Django
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and development
• Experience in server deployment using cloud services like AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and basic DevOps practices
• Must be fully hands-on and able to handle tasks independently
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Graduation is mandatory
• Must have own laptop for development work
• Immediate joiners only

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with Docker, Celery, Redis, or Linux shell scripting
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Exposure to task queues, deployment automation, or CI/CD pipelines
