Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Python Django Backend Developer, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Python Django Backend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing back-end components, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. Daily tasks include writing efficient and scalable code, managing databases, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Programming, specifically using Python and Django
• Experience with Software Development practices and principles
• Familiarity with Front-End Development and collaboration with front-end teams
• Skilled in managing Databases and optimizing database performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug applications
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
