✅ Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on with Python, SQL
AWS development experience (Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, Athena, Glue, etc.)
API/backend dev with FastAPI / Flask
CI/CD using Terraform
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Aurora
Git/Bitbucket, REST APIs, Unit Testing
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead backend architecture and end-to-end solution delivery
Mentor and guide a team of Python developers
Design & build RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
Leverage AWS for secure, performant backend systems
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and QA teams
Ensure quality, security, and maintainability of code
Contribute to POCs, estimations, and iteration planning
