About the Role:-

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer with strong experience in Django or FastAPI, along with a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts. You will work on building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain backend services using Django and FastAPI.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.

- Work on AI/ML-based features — from integrating existing models to experimenting with new ones.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with frontend, data science, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- 1 year to 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

- Hands-on experience with Django (including DRF) or FastAPI.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows (model integration, preprocessing, etc.).

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.

- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Good understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:-

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).

- Familiarity with LLM integration or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Education:-

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (2022 or before Passout)
