Location: Remote (India)
Compensation: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month (based on skills & fit)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Python Developer with ~1 year of hands-on experience to build and maintain web apps, REST APIs, and deployment pipelines. You’ll collaborate with a small, fast team and ship production features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Django applications and RESTful APIs
• Design MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize performance
• Integrate third-party services and internal APIs
• Implement CI/CD, containerize services, and manage basic cloud deployments
• Write clean, documented, and testable code (unit/integration tests)
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues

Required Skills

• 1+ year experience with Python and Django/DRF
• MongoDB data modeling and aggregation basics
• API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and rate-limiting concepts
• Git, code reviews, branching workflows
• Basic DevOps: Linux, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), logging

Nice-to-Have

• Nginx/Gunicorn/Uvicorn deployment experience
• Cloud basics (AWS/Hetzner/DigitalOcean), Terraform/Ansible basics
• Celery/Redis, task queues & caching
• Testing (pytest), typing (mypy), linting (flake8/ruff), Sentry/Prometheus/Grafana
