Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications and services.
Build scalable and maintainable backend systems using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and deployment processes.

Mentorship & Leadership

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Lead technical initiatives and drive innovation within the team.

Documentation & Maintenance

Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
