Python Developer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate transfers of clinical imaging data from external sources using platforms such as
AWS
,
Box.com
, or
Aspera
.
Organize and curate imaging data in a structured
AWS cloud environment
for advanced analysis.
Develop
Python scripts
to automate data ingestion, curation, quality control (QC), and analysis workflows.
Support integration of data from diverse sources into unified workflows.
Prepare imaging datasets for algorithm development and related processes.
Identify and implement opportunities to
automate workflows
and streamline processes for efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in
Python programming

Hands-on experience with
DICOM imaging workflows
.
Expertise in
AWS cloud platforms
for data management.
Familiarity with data transfer tools like
Box.com

Aspera
.
