About the Role:

Python Developer Trainee

As a trainee, you’ll be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications while working closely with senior developers and project leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code
Support in developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, or automation scripts
Collaborate with the team to identify and fix bugs and performance issues
Work with databases and integrate front-end/back-end components
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Stay updated with the latest Python tools, libraries, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals
Familiarity with basic frameworks like Flask or Django (preferred)
Knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
Understanding of REST APIs and web development concepts
Problem-solving mindset with good analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

Git/GitHub experience
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with automation or scripting
