With a team of over 4000 professionals spread across the US, Canada, Latin America, and India, Incedo caters to a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies in industries such as financial services, telecom, product engineering, and life sciences. As a Java Python Developer in this full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility, you will be tasked with back-end web development, software development, and various programming assignments. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications, managing databases, and ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness for front-end requests. Collaboration with fellow engineers and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role to define and implement new features effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in back-end web development, software development, and Mulesoft experience. Proficiency in Java, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is essential, alongside a strong background in programming and databases. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be put to the test, and your ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and flexible schedule will be crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates having experience in the financial services or telecom industry.
