Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Backend Developer cum Tester who embodies the ethos of "dev owns quality" and excels in collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various domains and technologies, with a strong focus on Telecom BSS/OSS, and proficiency in writing clean, bug-free code in Python, Django, and other relevant technologies
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
Proficiency in concepts related to message buses, multi-threading, and thread synchronization.
Familiarity with High Availability, Resiliency, Geographic Redundancy, and similar concepts.
Write clean, bug-free code in Python and Django, and be willing to acquire new languages on the job.
Develop and implement automation tests, including unit tests and integration tests for regression testing.
Work with GitLab or Jenkins for version control and continuous integration.
Set up CI/CD pipelines as required.
Possess 4-6 years of relevant experience.
