We are seeking a motivated Python AI/ML Engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on experience in AI/ML workflows. Python proficiency is mandatory and will be given top priority. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of practical experience in AI/ML (internship or professional), be eager to learn, understand logical workflows quickly, and have good communication skills in English. You will work closely with our AI and development teams to help build, train, and deploy intelligent models and automation systems. This role is perfect for early-career professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in integrating ML models (NLP, Reinforcement Learning, decision systems) into automation workflows.Support data preparation, feature engineering, and model training processes.Work with senior engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows."Participate in building prototypes and proof-of-concept AI applications.Document workflows, model performance, and support performance tuning.

Required Skills:
Strong Python programming skills (mandatory and top priority).Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts: NLP, classification models, reinforcement learning, etc.Ability to understand and apply data modeling concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication skills in English (reading, writing & speaking).6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects (internships included).Quick learner with a strong passion for AI, ML, and automation technologies.

Good to Have
Familiarity with open-source models like Llama-3, YOLO, etc.Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or working with LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.).Experience with RPA tools or intelligent automation frameworks.Prior academic or project-based experience in building chatbots or intelligent assistants.
