Python Developer – AI & LLM Integrations

We are hiring a skilled Python Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who has hands-on expertise in developing AI modules, building intelligent agents using LLMs, and working with cutting-edge frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying backend services as well as intelligent AI-driven tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent agents using LLM-based frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Build backend systems using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party tools, and cloud services.
• Create AI modules that interact with knowledge bases, APIs, and perform multi-step reasoning.
• Implement prompt engineering, memory chains, and agent behavior logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI features.
• Optimize code for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith.
• Strong experience in working with LLMs like OpenAI, Cohere, or Anthropic.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and external integrations.
• Knowledge of data storage systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Experience with microservices, asynchronous programming, and message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js or Vue.js) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
