Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in API Test Automation using Python.
• Experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong bug reporting and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have:

• 5+ years of API testing experience using Python.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.
• Knowledge of Python test frameworks (e.g., Pytest, unittest, Robot Framework).
• Familiarity with API mocking and contract testing.
• Experience with API performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, or k6).
• Proficient with Git and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust automated test scripts for RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze results, log defects, and work on resolution.
• Maintain and improve test frameworks and QA best practices.
