Job Description

Job Title: Python Automation Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using
Python, Selenium,
and
Pytest
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust test
automation solutions
.
Implement performance and load testing using tools like
JMeter
.
Develop and execute
API automation tests
to validate backend systems.
Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
Optimize test scripts for reusability and maintainability.
Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with the development team.
Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (
CI/CD) environments
.
Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices in automation and performance testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

4 - 7 years of professional experience in
automation
testing.
Strong hands-on experience in
Python
programming.
Proficiency with
Selenium
WebDriver and
Pytest
framework.
Experience in
Performance Testing
using
JMeter
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
Strong understanding of
QA methodologies, STLC,
and defect management processes.
Experience in writing test scripts, test cases, and creating automation reports.
Excellent problem-solving andbugging skills.
