Python Application Developer

As a Senior Python Developer at the leading technology-enabled legal services company based in Vadodara, your role will involve maintaining, updating, and optimizing a variety of Python applications within the company's ecosystem. Your collaboration with different teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Application Development & Maintenance:** - Update, enhance, and maintain existing Python applications. - Refactor and modernize legacy codebases for improved performance and security. - Contribute to data integration using ETL tools like SSIS and develop reports with Power BI. - **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:** - Debug, investigate, and resolve complex issues in production and staging environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes. - **System Integration & Optimization:** - Ensure seamless integration between Python applications and other internal or third-party systems. - Contribute to the design and optimization of APIs, services, and database interactions. - **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. - Identify and implement enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders. - **Monitoring & Reporting:** - Monitor application performance and implement improvements for scalability and stability. - Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. - Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and asynchronous programming. - Experience with ETL Tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and reporting tools such as Power BI. - Strong skills in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, debugging, profiling, and optimization. - Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and create finished products from loose requirements. - Effective training and presentation skills for project stakeholders.,
