We are hiring a Python + Django Backend Developer  for one of our clients

Exp – 5+ Years

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: 6 months contract + ext 

Need Immediate joiners only

Python Django Developer

Key Technical Requirements

1. Strong Core Python Skills

• Excellent understanding of Python fundamentals
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code
• Experience with asynchronous programming is a plus

2. Django Backend Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with 

  Django & Django REST Framework

• Solid understanding of:
• Database schema design
• Models & migrations
• Query optimization
• ORM best practices
• Ability to architect backend modules independently

3. Database & Schema Design

• Experience designing normalized, scalable DB structures
• Strong understanding of:
• Relational DB concepts
• Indexing, joins, transactions
• Query performance tuning
• Experience with 

  PostgreSQL/MySQL

   is required

4. High-Scale Application Experience

• Experience handling large transactions and high-volume systems

5. Frontend Knowledge (Bonus but Required by Client)

• Working knowledge of 

  React.js

• Ability to handle basic–intermediate UI tasks
• Strong API integration skills

6. Projects & Hands-On Experience

• Experience working on production-grade applications
• Exposure to:
• Large user-base systems
• High-frequency API request environments
• Complex business workflows

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and clarity of thought
• Ability to work directly with client teams
• Excellent debugging & problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset with proactive attitude
