Skills required to contribute:

Key responsibilities

Model development: Design, develop, train, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Code development: Write, test, and debug efficient, scalable, and reusable Python code.
Data processing: Build and manage data processing pipelines and integrate data storage solutions.
Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and other teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
Optimization: Fine-tune machine learning models for performance and optimize applications for scalability and security.
Deployment: Deploy and maintain AI systems, potentially using vector databases or cloud AI services.
Back-end development: Develop back-end components and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Required skills and qualifications

Programming: Strong, hands-on experience in Python.
AI/ML knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical models.
AI/ML libraries: Experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
Architecture: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Databases: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Cloud services: Experience with cloud platforms and their AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is often required.
