About the Role

Python & AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
Python-based applications & APIs
(FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Build, train, and deploy
Machine Learning & Deep Learning models
(Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Work on
NLP, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, recommendation systems
, and automation workflows.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Deploy AI solutions on
AWS/GCP/Azure
or on-premise servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered features.
Optimize model performance and maintain proper version control (Git/GitHub).

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
Python
and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, Matplotlib).
Hands-on experience with
ML/DL frameworks
(TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
Experience with AI/ML projects end-to-end.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with
vector databases
(Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
Knowledge of
Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow

Experience building
AI chatbots or automation solutions
.
Familiarity with cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
