Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with Graduation / Post-Graduation in relevant subject
Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with strong communication and IB orientation may apply)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate IB PYP Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about inquiry-based learning, uphold the IB philosophy, and create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
• Foster inquiry-based and concept-driven learning across disciplines.
• Design and implement assessments that align with IB standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute transdisciplinary units.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, communication, and research skills.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Participate in IB training workshops, professional development, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of child-centered and inquiry-based pedagogy.
• Ability to integrate technology and interactive tools in teaching.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing teaching style.
• Effective classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in relevant subject area.
• Prior experience with IB / Cambridge / International curriculum preferred.
• Certification or training in IB PYP will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with enthusiasm for the IB methodology are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
