We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our Edgeband and WPC manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic extrusion, polymer processing, and end-to-end production management. Location:- Hapur Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory targets. Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise machine operators, line staff, and shift in-charges to maintain performance, discipline, and motivation. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve machine uptime, reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and improve product consistency. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards through process checks and coordination with the QA/QC team. Material & Inventory Management: Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials (PVC, wood powder, pigments, additives, etc.) Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion lines and other equipment. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production reports, daily logs, downtime analysis, rejection rates, and manpower utilization. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, or Plastic Engineering In-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion (particularly for Edgeband and WPC profiles) Understanding of PVC formulation and WPC material behavior Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to manage multi-shift operations Knowledge of ISO / 5S / lean manufacturing practices Proficient in MS Excel / ERP / Production software tools Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

Mixing printing ink to get the desired shades. Manage printing orders sequence from light to dark colour as provided by production planner. Handling printing machine its maintenance. Handling the team of labours for specific machine.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Operator PVC Compounding to support the compounding process for Rigid PVC materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling raw materials, operating mixers and extruders, and maintaining process eAiciency and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Operate PVC compounding equipment including high-speed mixers, blenders, and extrusion lines. • Assist in preparation and weighing of raw materials and additives as per formulation. • Monitor processing parameters and ensure batch consistency. • Conduct in-process checks and report any deviations to the supervisor. • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during operations. • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area following GMP guidelines. • Record daily production data and support shift-wise documentation. • Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting minor equipment or quality issues. • Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams as required.
