Pursuits Assistant

As a Pursuits Coordinator at Stantec, your role involves monitoring and tracking opportunities from various sources. You will report directly to the Pursuits Team Lead and support mailbox monitoring, portal monitoring, and managing opportunity documents. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing opportunity response plans, ensuring alignment with Stantec branding, and maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor shared tenders mailbox and multiple tender portals to identify and classify new business opportunities - Distribute relevant opportunities and documents to the business in a timely manner - Coordinate the preparation of written and graphical elements of opportunity response documents - Proof and edit documentation for consistency and adherence to branding guidelines - Work with designated response team members to develop opportunity response plans - Collect company data and conduct research for opportunity response documents - Update and maintain non-opportunity specific qualification and reference materials - Comply with pursuit phase QC/QA and Health and Safety requirements - Assist in legal reviews of pursuit phase documentation and contracts - Manage own workflow and outputs within business priorities Qualifications Required: - Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience - At least two years of working experience as a Pursuits coordinator or in an office administration capacity - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Detail-oriented, organized, with exceptional prioritization skills - Ability to balance conflicting priorities effectively - Proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, and sometimes on short notice Stantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting.
