Purchese and Store Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling procurement and inventory management for all hospital departments. This includes identifying and evaluating vendors/suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining stock records, updating inventory systems, coordinating with departments for material requirements, ensuring availability of medical and non-medical consumables, monitoring stock discrepancies, and assisting in annual stock audits. Key Responsibilities: - Handle procurement and inventory management for all hospital departments. - Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and terms. - Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Maintain stock records, GRN (Goods Received Notes), and update inventory systems regularly. - Coordinate with departments to assess material requirements and reorder levels. - Ensure availability of medical and non-medical consumables, instruments, and equipment as per hospital needs. - Monitor expiry, damage, and stock discrepancies, and take corrective action promptly. - Maintain and update vendor database and ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies. - Assist in annual stock audits and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
