MS or DNB General Surgeon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and skilled General Surgeon (MS/DNB) to join our surgical team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing surgical conditions, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and providing post-operative care. A commitment to high standards of clinical practice, ethical integrity, and patient care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general surgical procedures, including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, laparotomies, and GI surgeries
• Diagnose and manage surgical conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and ensure patients are fit for surgery
• Provide post-operative care and manage complications
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure the best surgical outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in clinical audits, case presentations, and continuous medical education
• Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety norms, and standard treatment guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• MS or DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution
• Valid Medical Council registration (State/National)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to participate in emergency and on-call duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in laparoscopic procedures
• Exposure to trauma care or emergency surgery
• Basic knowledge of medico-legal documentation and healthcare compliance

Compensation:

• Salary: 2lacs to 3 Lacs Per month
